The Urban District - Madrid Atocha Apartments are extremely well connected with the rest of Madrid, with the airport, with metro or Ave (High Speed Train).

A stunningly presented apartment. I have 2 bedrooms with brand new beds and mattresses - they are very comfortable with brand new pillows. Filled with charm and style, this is the perfect spot to really experience Madrid. As it is an interior you can enjoy Madrid but rest and sleep calmly because there is no noise.

Delicias Subway station is only 3 minutes walking and Atocha train station is also close (15 minutes walking) there are several conections to the airport from both places. Neighbourhood full of buses and taxis.

Good connection with airport and train stations, there are supermarkets, restaurants and shops in the same block.

It is perfect to enjoy a few days vacation in Madrid or business trip, also will have the help and welcome of our staff upon arriving at the apartment that will hand over the keys and explain how appliances, air conditioning, heating, wifi…operates

Booking rules

Standard Check IN is from 15:00 to 21:00.
- Late Check IN (from 21:00 to 23:00) has a 15 Euros charge.
- Night Check-In (from 23:00 to 02:00) has an extra charge of 30 Euros.

Standard Check OUT is max. at 12:00 pm.

If there is a complaint, written notice must be given to Bricks and Dreams within 24 hours of check-in.
A reservation is officially canceled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page.
Cancellation policies may be superseded by the Guest Refund Policy, extenuating circumstances, or cancellations by Bricks and Dreams for any other reason permitted under the Terms of Service. Please review these exceptions.
Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted

Arrival instructions

1. Meeting point is at APARTMENT's Address, provided in the Booking Confirmation.
2. Please be aware that in the building there is not a reception.
3. Keys will be delivered during the Check-IN.
4. Provide expected arrival time 48 hours before your arrival, at: info@bricks4dreaming.com
5. Call the provided Contact Person 1 hour before the Arrival or when you land.
6. If pending Rent Balance Payment has to be paid in CASH, please make sure to have CASH ready at arrival (no change is provided).
7. Please make sure to agree during the Check IN, the expected Check OUT time.
9. Standard Check IN is from 15:00 to 21:00. Late Check IN (from 21:00 to 23:00) has a 15 Euros charge. Night Check-In (from 23:00 to 00:30) has an extra charge of 30 Euros.

  • BE CAREFUL WHEN USING ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT. European voltage is 220V. Please take extra care when using foreign equipments to avoid fire risk. Check how the electrical system works before using it .

  • USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION. Personal guest's information will be stored and safely managed by the Property Manager according to the rules and laws in use in the Country where the property is located. “In the name of the company we handle the information that you give us with the purpose of providing you with the service requested and prepare the billing accordingly. The information given will be kept during our relationship or the years required to comply with the legal obligations incurred. They will not be forwarded to third parties except in cases of legal requirements. Hereafter, you are entitled to obtain confirmation as to whether in Urban District Apartments we are dealing with your personal data, therefore you have a right to access to your personal information, rectify inexact data or request its removal when it is no longer necessary, directing your petition to gdpr@urbandistrictapartments.com"

  • RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBOURS. We consider the rest and respect of neighbors very important. Any violation of the above rules, such as party or noise..., might imply the request of leaving immediately the property without any reimbursement.

  • RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBOURS. Noise must be kept to a minimum level after 10:00pm.

  • RESPECT THE PROPERTY. It is prohibited any act of vandalism to the property, its content, outdoor stuff and surrounding properties.

  • RESPECT THE ENVIRONMENT. Please switch off the lights and air conditioning on leaving the apartment.

  • RESPECT THE ENVIRONMENT. Do not leave air conditioning ON when windows are open.

  • PROTECT YOUR VALUABLE. Put your valuable in the safe box (if available) and close the doors and windows safely with the keys. We decline any responsibility in case of stolen valuable or any rubbery in the apartment.

  • PROPERTY ACCESS. Access to the property is limited to the people included in the reservation and registered at the check-in.

  • NO SMOKING. Fine might be charged on Security Deposit.

  • NO PETS ALLOWED, in the apartment and in the common area. Fine might be charged and taken from Security Deposit.

  • NO PARTIES ALLOWED, in the Apartment and in any common area. Fine might be charged and taken from Security Deposit

  • NO BIKES ALLOWED, in the property. Bikes shall be locked outside the property.

  • LOSS OF KEYS. The replacement of lost/stolen keys will be charged to the client.

  • LEAVE IT IN GOOD CONDITIONS. You are staying in a Self Catering apartment. At the end of your stay the apartment must be left organized and in a good state. Fine might be applied and taken from your Security Deposit if this would not happen.

  • GUESTS BELOW 18 YEARS ARE NOT ADMITTED, if not accompanied by an adult

  • DAMAGES. In case of any damage caused to the apartment or to its contents, please inform the property manager. The customer will be responsible for proven damage and charged accordingly.

  • BEHAVE SAFELY. Guests shall act safely within the property. The Property Owner or Property Manager will not be responsible for any kind of damage, direct or indirect, that may be caused as a result of misuse or unsafe behaving of the Guest.

  • USE OF THE PROPERTY. It is not permitted to use the apartment for any other purposes except as a vacation rental, serviced apartment or corporate housing, within the terms of the reservation made.
