TRAVELLING DURING COVID19
1- SANIFICATION: In Urban District Apartments we extremely care about the safety & security of our dear Guests and Personnel. To do so, we have implemented a strict Covid-19 Prevention Protocol based on international recommendations, so to host you in a comfortable and safe apartment. All surfaces, towels, bedlinen, bath amenities and kitchen’s equipment have been property sanitised and handled with disposal gloves. All our personnel has been trained according to the COVID19 Sanification Standards and continuously monitored.
2- VIRTUAL CHECKIN: You can have free access to the apartment just using your smartphone without keys’ handover and personal interactions with the Reception personnel. Do the online check-in before arrival and get your Access Code to access the property. You will not need to handle physical key.
3- PROTECT YOU AND THE OTHERS: Urban District Apartments will provide as courtesy, an Hand Sanitiser Gel, so to protect you and the others. Prevention suggestions will be available at the property.
4- SUPPORT and ASSISTANCE: In case of need of support our Reception Office and Service Team will be available to assist you on site or by phone.

CHECK-IN:
Registration and all payment are required before arrival.
Standard Check-In Time is from 15:00 to 21:00.
- FREE VIRTUAL SELF CHECK-IN and easy access to the property by digital key (Free Personal Check-In @ UD Apartments’ Reception for Apartments without Self Check-in).
Personal Check-in, Early Check -in, Late Check-in and Night Check-in available with Extra charges.
- NO Personal Check-In after 00:00 (Midnight), not even in case of unexpected events or delays.

CHECK-OUT:
- Standard Check-Out is max at 10:30 am.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
The Security Deposit is charged by Credit Card before arrival, during the Virtual Check-In Process. It will be refunded after departure, unless there are proven damages or bad behaviors (party, noise, smoking…). NO CASH accepted.
CITY TOURIST TAX:
City Tax is not included in the rent and will be charged during the Virtual Check-In Process. NO CASH accepted.

Arrival instructions

OPTION 1: VIRTUAL SELF CHECK-IN "Avoid extra charges & Keep Social Distance"
Note: Please inform expected arrival time min. 48h in advance at: reservation_milan@urbandistrictapartments.com
To improve our Guest’s service, we have implemented and included in your reservation the use of VIRTUAL SELF CHECK-IN. You can have free access to the apartment just using your smartphone without keys’ handover and personal interactions with the Reception personnel. Do the online check-in before arrival and get your Access Code to access the property.
1) Few days before your arrival, you will receive an email with the instructions. Our partner for the Virtual Self Check-In is VIKEY
2) Please make sure to follow the instructions, do the SELF CHECK-IN and set pending payments, at latest 48 hours before your arrival
3) ALL guests must be registered with a valid ID or Passport
4) Your Smartphone will become the Key to access the apartment and get all needed information about the property.
5) Go Directly to the Apartment. Starting from 15:00 your Electronical Key is available.
OPTION 2: PERSONAL CHECK-IN @Office/Reception Viale Tunisia 32, Milano "Extra charges will be applied"
Note: If you request Personal Check-In you must provide expected arrival time min. 48h in advance at: reservation_milan@urbandistrictapartments.com
Arrival time has to be re-confirmed min.60 minutes before arrival at office.
1. Meeting point for Personal Check-In is Reception/Office @ Viale Tunisia 32, Milano (Mon-Fri /3pm - 7pm) (weekends and local bank holiday excluded).
2. After Personal Check-In and registration, you will be free to access the apartment. Please note that ALL guests have to be registered.
3. Call the provided Contact Person 1 hour before the Arrival or when you land.
4. Personal Check-In Charges:
- 20 Euros: from 15:00 to 19:00 (Mon-Fri), where Self Check-in is not available
- 40 Euros: Late Personal Check In from 19:00 to 23:00 (Mon-Fri)
- 55 Euros: Night Personal Check-In from 23:00 to 00:00 (Mon-Fri)
- NO Personal Check-in after 00:00 (Midnight). Not even in the event of delays or unexpected events.
5. 30 Euros: Early Check-In (starting from 12:30pm, if available and agreed in advance).
INVOICE. In case you need an Invoice please send by e-mail to reservation@urbandistrictapartments.com
The invoice has to be requested no latest of your departure date.


  • USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION. Personal guest's information will be stored and safely managed by the Property Manager according to the rules and laws in use in the Country where the property is located. “In the name of the company we handle the information that you give us with the purpose of providing you with the service requested and prepare the billing accordingly. The information given will be kept during our relationship or the years required to comply with the legal obligations incurred. They will not be forwarded to third parties except in cases of legal requirements. Hereafter, you are entitled to obtain confirmation as to whether in Urban District Apartments we are dealing with your personal data, therefore you have a right to access to your personal information, rectify inexact data or request its removal when it is no longer necessary, directing your petition to gdpr@urbandistrictapartments.com"

  • NO SMOKING. Fine might be charged on Security Deposit.

  • LOSS OF KEYS. The replacement of lost/stolen keys will be charged to the client.

  • RESPECT THE ENVIRONMENT. Please switch off the lights and air conditioning on leaving the apartment.

  • NO PETS ALLOWED, in the apartment and in the common area. Fine might be charged and taken from Security Deposit.

  • LEAVE IT IN GOOD CONDITIONS. You are staying in a Self Catering apartment. At the end of your stay the apartment must be left organized and in a good state. Fine might be applied and taken from your Security Deposit if this would not happen.

  • RESPECT THE ENVIRONMENT. Do not leave air conditioning ON when windows are open.

  • NO PARTIES ALLOWED, in the Apartment and in any common area. Fine might be charged and taken from Security Deposit

  • GUESTS BELOW 18 YEARS ARE NOT ADMITTED, if not accompanied by an adult

  • PROTECT YOUR VALUABLE. Put your valuable in the safe box (if available) and close the doors and windows safely with the keys. We decline any responsibility in case of stolen valuable or any rubbery in the apartment.

  • DAMAGES. In case of any damage caused to the apartment or to its contents, please inform the property manager. The customer will be responsible for proven damage and charged accordingly.

  • NO BIKES ALLOWED, in the property. Bikes shall be locked outside the property.

  • PROPERTY ACCESS. Access to the property is limited to the people included in the reservation and registered at the check-in.

  • BEHAVE SAFELY. Guests shall act safely within the property. The Property Owner or Property Manager will not be responsible for any kind of damage, direct or indirect, that may be caused as a result of misuse or unsafe behaving of the Guest.

  • BE CAREFUL WHEN USING ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT. European voltage is 220V. Please take extra care when using foreign equipments to avoid fire risk. Check how the electrical system works before using it .

  • RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBOURS. We consider the rest and respect of neighbors very important. Any violation of the above rules, such as party or noise..., might imply the request of leaving immediately the property without any reimbursement.

  • USE OF THE PROPERTY. It is not permitted to use the apartment for any other purposes except as a vacation rental, serviced apartment or corporate housing, within the terms of the reservation made.
