Rome is all about enjoying life and place of "la dolce vita". Art galleries, food experiences, fashion shows, history and religious events will drive you through centuries of history.
Rome offers some of the best pizza in Italy and, of course, globally too. Pizza Bianca, which literally translates as “white pizza” is a focaccia-style pizza bread that is found in bakeries across Rome’s many diverse districts. It is both fluffy and light, crispy and salty – we recommend getting it at Roscioli Bakery or La Renella Bakery. And when holidaying in Rome, do as the Romans do by having a truly Roman-style Pizza. This is served super thin and lightly charred from the wood-burning oven that produces it. Whilst renting in Rome, we also recommend Ai Marmi and Gusto. Perhaps surprisingly, the city also offers some of the greatest fried foods around. Try Fish Market for some delicious baccalà (salted cod). And last, but certainly not least, no trip to Rome is complete without sampling one of the many carbonaras on offer. Flavio al Velavevodetto is one of the most highly recommended restaurants for pasta, and we also suggest Antico Arco. Top it off with a local house wine and your gastronomic getaway is complete.

Shopping
SHOPPING: Rome is a very important city for the fashion industry and shopping there is an absolutely great experience. The most important high fashion street is Via Condotti, where you can find the most important and famous luxury fashion European brands. Around the city you will find a lot of typical open air markets with incredible hands made clothes and products. If you are looking for chain stores you cannot avoid going shopping to Via del Corso and Via Cola Di Rienzo in the Prati neighborhood.
